摘要
目的探讨基于网络PBL教学环境下医学生自主学习的影响因素,为医学教学改革提供依据。方法采用质性研究中的现象学研究法,通过非参与性课堂观察法和半结构式深入访谈法收集资料,应用Colaizzi分析法进行资料分析。结果得到4个主题:学生个人因素,教学环境因素,教师教学因素,课程因素。结论医学教育者应充分考虑影响医学生在网络PBL教学环境下自主学习的因素,探索更利于学生自主学习的环境。
Objective To explore the influencing factors in self- regulated learning in medical students based on the network PBL teaching environmentso as to provide a reference for the reform of medical teaching. Methods Phenomenological study of qualitative research was used. Non-participatory classroom observationand semi-structured in-depth interviews were used to collect information, and the Colaizzi' s phenomenological method was used for data analysis. Results Four factors were got including student' s individual characteristics, teaching environment, the teaching and the curriculum. Conclusions The medical educators should fully consider the influencing factors in self-regulated learning in medical students based on the network PBL teaching environment, and to explore the environment which is more beneficial to self-regulated learning.
