Six Sigma is an improvement system of food & beverage management. It cuts down cost, improves the efficiency of the job, and enhances customer satisfaction and the objective in economic benefit. This article gives an overview of Six Sigma, analysis feasibility applied in food & beverage management, by parsing the Six Sigma management application processes, explores application countermeasures in food & beverage management .
