摘要
本文通过对广州两条著名的商业步行街进行文化旅游资源开发的现状和存在的问题分析后认为,广州文化旅游步行街的建设还存在许多亟待解决的问题。这些问题主要表现在广州对文化旅游步行街的认识和定位尚不明确,步行街可供开发的空间受到限制,文化旅游资源的保护机制还不完善,休闲设施不足以及文化旅游资源整合力度不强。广州文化旅游步行街要有长足发展必须转变思想认识,同时加强文化旅游资源保护性的开发和重视文化旅游步行街品牌的市场营销。
This article analyzed Guangzhou two famous pedestrian streets and concluded that, there were many urgent issues to be solved for development of Guangzhou pedestrian streets for cultural tour(GPSCT). These issues were mainly reflected on the following: first, the cognition and positioning of GPSCT were uncertain; sec- ond, the space for development of GPSCT is limited; third, the protecting mechanism for GPSCT is still incom- plete; fourth, recreation facilities lack and the integration of tourism resource weak. If GPSCT intends to have a great development, the perception about GPSCT has to be changed as well as to emphasize the protecting development of cultural tourism resource and the branding and marketing for GPSCT.
