摘要
目的了解不同分娩方式对学龄儿童感觉统合各维度的影响。方法采用问卷调查的方式收集研究对象分娩方式及感觉统合发生情况,分析剖宫产对学龄期儿童感觉统合带来的影响。结果剖宫产出生的儿童其前庭失调、触觉过分防御两个维度失调程度高于自然分娩出生的儿童。结论剖宫产通过影响前庭失调和触觉过分防御维度导致感统失调的检出率高于自然分娩的儿童,故应避免不必要的剖宫产。
Objective To understand the influence of different delivery mode on each dimension of sensory integrative of school-age children. Method Questionnaire survey was adopted to investigate the target population, and the impact of cesarean section on school-age children sensory integration were be analyzed. Result The disorderg degree of vestibular disorders and tact-ile overly defensive of cesarean born children was higher than natural childbirth born children. Conclusion Unnecessary cesarean section should be avoided.
