美国基础教育中SBAC英语评价体系的阐释与启示

摘要 为提高基础教育质量,美国致力于构建基于"核心英语标准"的SBAC英语评价体系。该英语评价体系的框架性内容包括:确定"语用能力"与"探究能力"相结合的评价目标;围绕英语核心标准中的"四大"学习领域设定评价内容;开发多样化的评价题目内容等。美国开发英语评价体系立足课程标准,注重评价体系的技术性支撑以及兼顾评价体系结构的平衡性等给我们很好的启示。
