改性纳米HZSM-5催化剂在直馏汽油改质中的应用

摘要 采用水热处理和负载过渡金属氧化物对纳米HZSM-5分子筛催化剂进行组合改性,对直馏汽油改质进行了评价.结果表明:改性后的HZSM-5总酸量降低,L酸量与B酸量比值增加,同时负载的金属高度分散于催化剂表面;硫含量由原料的140μg/g降至27μg/g;芳烃和异构烷烃体积分数分别由3.9%和29.1%增加到19.1%和48.6%;研究法辛烷值提高约34个单位. Nanoscale HZSM-5 molecular sieve catalyst was hydrothermally treated with steam and loaded with transition metal oxides. The characterization results showed that after the treatment the total acidity decreased, the Lewis/Br6nsted acidity increased, and the metal high dispersion occurred on the surface of the catalyst. The results indicated that sulfur mass fractions in gasoline decreased from 140 μg/g to 27 μg/g,the aromatics and isoparaffin volume fractions increased from 3.9% and 29.1% to 19.1% and 48.6% over the catalyst,respectively,and RON had an increment of about 34 unit in straight-run gasoline upgrading process.
