摘要
目的:采用DNS法测定菥蓂子中多糖的含量。方法:以葡萄糖为对照品,在波长为540nm处。采用3,5-二硝基水杨酸比色法(DNS法)测定多糖的含量。结果:葡萄糖在0.01mg/m^0.06mg/ml范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系。y=0.074 9x+0.001 8,r=0.996 3,结论:本法重现性好,便捷、准确、灵敏度高,有助于菥蓂子质量控制方法的研究。
Objective： Polysaccharide of Thlaspi arvense Linn was determined by DNS method. Method：Contrast to glucose, the ab- sorptions of processed samples were tested at the wavelength of 540nm. Result ： The calibration curve was in good linearity over the range of 0.01 ~ 0.06mg/ml. y = 0. 0749x ＋ 0.0018, r = 0.9963, Conclusion： The method which can be used for the quality comrol of Thlaspi arvense 1.inn is convenient, accurate and sensitive with good reproducibility.
