彩色马铃薯杂种F_1无性株系花粉育性及染色体配对构型分析 被引量:7

ANALYSIS OF POLLEN FERTILITY AND CHROMOSOME PAIRING CONFIGURATION OF CLONES OF COLOR POTATO HYBRIDS F_1

摘要 为了明确拉塞特(Russet)×黑美人彩色马铃薯杂交组合F1中选出的5个无性株系的细胞遗传学特性,采用常规制片技术对其花粉育性及花粉母细胞减数分裂中期I(PMCMⅠ)染色体配对构型进行了分析。育性较高的株系其二价体和四价体出现的频率较高,单价体和三价体出现的频率较低。株系19、株系27和株系31的花粉可育率均高于50%,适宜在彩色马铃薯新品系的进一步杂交选育中作父本中间材料利用;而株系13和株系29的花粉可育率远低于50%,适宜作母本中间材料利用。彩色马铃薯杂种F1无性株系13、株系19、株系27、株系29和株系31的染色体配对构型分别为:2n=4x=48=4.67Ⅰ+6.09Ⅱ+5.25Ⅲ+3.59Ⅳ、2n=4x=48=1.88Ⅰ+12.70Ⅱ+1.30Ⅲ+4.30Ⅳ、2n=4x=48=2.66Ⅰ+9.70Ⅱ+3.07Ⅲ+4.04Ⅳ、2n=4x=48=7.50Ⅰ+4.00Ⅱ+6.84Ⅲ+2.84Ⅳ、2n=4x=48=2.33Ⅰ+15.33Ⅱ+2.67Ⅲ+1.67Ⅳ。 In order to clarify the cytogenetics characteristics of five clones selected from the color potato combinations of Russet x Heimeiren hybrid F1, the pollen fertility and chromosome pairing configuration at PMCM I were analyzed with conventional smear method. The bivalent and quadrlvalent frequency of higher fertility lines were higher. Otherwise, the univalent and trlvalent frequency of higher fertility lines were lower. The pollen fertility of line 19, line 27 and line 31were all higher than 50%. Theytv suitable for fur- ther breeding new lines of color potatoes as paternal; but the pollen fertility of line 13 and line 29 were far lower than 50%, theyTe suitable for further breeding new lines of color potatoes as maternaL Chromosome pairing configuration of line 13, line 19, line 27, line 29 and line 31 were : 2n=4x=48 =4.67 I + 6.0911 + 5. 25Ⅲ + 3.59IV, 2n=4x=48 =1.88 I + 12.7011 + 1.3011I +4.301V, 2n=4x=48=2.66 1 +9.7011 +3.07Ⅲ +4.041V,2n=4x=48 =7.50 1 +4.00Ⅱ +6.841Ⅲ +2.84IV,2n=4x=48 =2.33 [ + 15.33 11 +2. 67111 + 1. 671V respectively.
