剖宫产围手术期抗菌药物应用分析

Application Analysis of Antibacterial Drugs in Perioperative Period of Cesarean Section

目的:了解我院剖宫产围手术期抗菌药物的使用情况。方法:应用回顾性调查法,统计我院2011年1-12月100例剖宫产围手术期的抗菌药物使用情况,分析用药合理性。结果:100例剖宫产围手术期抗菌药物预防性使用率达100%,用药疗程不合理55例(55%),抗菌药物选择不合理5例(5%),联用不合理2例(2%),无药敏试验支持更换药物5例(5%)。结论:我院在剖宫产围手术期预防性使用抗菌药物仍存在许多问题,应进一步加强监督管理。

Objective： To analyze the application of antibacterial drugs in perioperative period of cesarean section in our hospital. Methods： Through retrospective survey the application of antibacterial drugs in 100 cases of cesarean section in perioperative period during Jan. to Dec. of 2011 in our hospital were studied statistically and the rationality of medication was analyzed. Results： The rate of prophylactic application of antibacterial drugs in 100 cases around caesarean operation was 100.00%. There were 55 cases （55%） with unreasonable medication treatment courses, 5 cases （5%） of unreasonable antibacterial drugs selection, 2 cases （2%） of unreasonable drug combination, 5 cases （5%） of replacement of drugs without the support of drug sensitive test. Conclusion： There were still a lot of problems in the preventive application of antibacterial drugs for cesarean operation in our hospital, and the supervision and management should be further strengthened.
