皖北地区奶牛场奶牛隐性乳房炎调查

The Survey of Milking Cow Non_dominant Mammitis of Dairies cattle Farms in the North_Anhui Area

本试验应用体细胞计数法 ,4%苛性钠法 ,BTB法和 6 %H2 O2 平板法对安徽省皖北地区 10个奶牛场的健康乳区进行了隐性乳房炎的检测。结果表明奶牛场奶牛隐性乳房炎检出率综合评判为 36 .4%。

The milking cow non_dominant mammitis has been detected to north_Anhui area 10 milking cow farms in this experiment.The body cell meter method,4% NaOH,BTB method and 6% H 2O 2 method were used in this study.The results indicated that the test rate of milking cow non_dominant mammitis was 36.4%.The test rate and positive rate of mammary area in state owned farms was higher than that of private farms.
