甲状旁腺全切术治疗尿毒症继发性甲旁亢的护理 被引量：7

摘要 总结了62例次甲状旁腺全切术治疗尿毒症继发性甲旁亢的护理经验,主要包括术前心理护理、护理准备、术后一般护理、低钙血症护理、防高磷血症、SHPT复发护理,认为认真做好围手术期护理,可保证手术顺利完成,减少术后并发症的发生。
