经脐单孔腹腔镜精索静脉高位结扎术的手术配合及效果

The operation cooperation methods and efficiency of transumbilical singbe-port laparoscopic varicocelectomy

目的探讨经脐单孔腹腔镜精索静脉高位结扎术的手术配合方法及效果。方法 20例双侧精索静脉曲张患者随机分为经脐单孔腹腔镜精索静脉高位结扎术组和传统腹腔镜手术组,每组10例,对比2组的手术时间、术野情况及手术并发症等。结果 20例手术均获成功,无明显并发症。传统腹腔镜手术时间、手术术野等优于单孔腹腔镜手术。结论经脐单孔腹腔镜精索静脉高位结扎术是安全可行的,操作难度较常规腹腔镜精索静脉高位结扎术复杂、手术时间长,但手术伤口小,术后瘢痕隐蔽。

Objective To evaluate the operation cooperation methods and efficiency of transumbilical single- port laparoscopic varleoeelectomy （TUSPLV）. Methods Twenty patients were divided into two groups underwent TUSPLV（10cases） , and conventional laparo- scopic varicocelectomy（ LV, 10cases ）. The operative time, operation field adjustment time and assessment of complications were compared be- tween two groups. Results All procedures were performed successfully without complications in either groups, and time used for operation field adjustment and operative time were significantly longer in TUSPLV than LV. Conclusions Transumbilical single-port laparoscopic varicocelectomy is safe. Compared with regular laparoscopie varicoeeleetomy, it is more difficult. But TUSPLV displays significant advantages, such as smaller trauma,scarless.
