《内经》“肺藏象”理论在肾脏病治疗中的应用

肾脏病是临床常见疾病,大多病机复杂,迁延难愈,其常见的临床表现为水肿、蛋白尿和血尿等,并常因体虚感邪而致病情反复和进展。运用《内经》"肺藏象"理论分析肾脏病的临床表现及证治经验,发现其中"上焦开发,宣五谷味"理论对肾脏病蛋白尿的治疗、肺"通调水道,下输膀胱"理论对肾脏病水肿的治疗、"少阴属肾,肾上连肺"理论对肾脏病血尿的治疗以及"肺者,气之本"理论对肾脏病体虚易感外邪致病情反复和进展的防治具有重要的指导意义。
