中医手法闭合复位弹性钉内固定治疗锁骨骨折的疗效分析

TCM Manipulation Reposition and Elastic Fixation Treat Clavicle Fracture

【目的】评价利用中医骨伤手法闭合复住弹性钉内固定治疗锁骨骨折的疗效。[方法】对2010年2月至2012年6月我院收治新鲜锁骨折患者83例，对其进行中医手法复位治疗后，观察83例患者治疗后的疗效。【结果】术后83例全愈合，无术中并发症，术后随访3～16个月，拔弹性钉时间平均（8．12±0．96）周，根据Neer肩关节功能标准评定，优71例，良12例，可0例，差0例，优良率为100％。[结论]弹性髓内钉治疗锁骨骨折总体疗效好．其术后退针并发症少，肩关节疼痛及肩关节活动受限发生率低，有利于早期进行功能锻炼。

[Objective] To evaluate the curative effect of TCM traumatology and orthopedics manipulation close reposition and elastic nail intemal fixation on clavicle fracture.[Method] For the fresh clavicle fracture 83 cases, use TCM manipulation reposition, and observe the cure effect after treatment. [Result] All 83 cases were cured, without comphcations; after follow-up for 3-16m, the time of pulling out elastic nail was （12±0.96）w in average; under Neer shoulder joint functional standard evaluation,71 cases were excellent, 12 good,0 medial, 0 bad,the excellence rate was 100%. [Conclusion] The method above has good total effect, with httle complications, low rates of shoulder joint pain or bruited movement, helpful for early functional exercise.
