护理本科学生毕业实习质量监控体系的实践研究

Practical Research on Graduation Internship Quality System of Undergraduates of Nursing Major

[目的]探讨护理本科学生毕业实习质量监控体系。[方法]采取毕业实习前质量监控体系的构建;毕业实习过程中质量跟踪监控;毕业实习后综合操作技能的检验。[结果]学生顺利完成毕业实习,毕业实习综合操作技能考核成绩优良。[结论]在护理本科学生毕业实习全过程进行质量控制体系的构建与实施,有利于毕业实习顺利进行,提高毕业实习的质量。

[Purpose] To discuss about the graduation internship quality control system for undergraduate students majoring in nursing. [Method] First, develop a graduation internship quality control system; Second, monitor during the graduation internship process; Third, assess the comprehensive skills after graduation internship. [Conclusion] Developing and implementing the graduation internship quality control system leads to better process and better quality of the graduation internship.
