高效的校企合作机制是加拿大职业教育的特色之一,在加拿大安大略省校企合作主要是通过各种项目进行的。本文介绍了该省高等职业学院中最常见的三种校企合作项目,阐述了项目的操作流程,分析了各参与方的获益,并且总结了加拿大校企合作项目带给我们的启示。
Efficient college-enterprise cooperation mechanism is one of the characteristics of vocational education in Canada. In Ontario, college-enterprise cooperation is mainly carded out through various projects. This article describes the most common three types of college-enterprise cooperation projects of the province, elaborates the project operational processes, analyzes benefits all parties gain, and summarizes the inspiration of these Canadian projects.
