现在我们正处于知识经济时代,对素质教育的要求越来越高,这对高校教育管理施加了巨大的压力,对教育管理进行创新迫在眉睫。本文主要分析了我国高校教育管理中存在的问题,还介绍了对高校教育管理进行创新的作用,目的是让人们认识到对我国高校教育管理进行创新的必要性。

Now we are in the era of knowledge economy, increasing demand for high quality education, which exerted tremendous pressure on the college education management, education management innovation is imminent. This paper analyzes the problems of management of college education; also introduced innovation for college education management role, the purpose is to raise awareness of higher education on the need for innovation management.
