摘要
本文通过对"舞动瑜伽"课程概念、本质、特点的分析,运用对吉林体育学院2011级瑜伽教育主项提高班进行该课程的实践经验的总结,提炼出"瑜伽教育——舞动瑜伽"课程对高等院校本科生多方面的教育价值。
Based on the "Dancing Yoga" course concepts, nature, analysis of the characteristics, the use of Jilin Sport University 2011 yoga classes to improve education for the primary key of the course practice and experience, to extract the "Yoga Education - dancing yoga" tmdergraduate courses on various educational institutions of higher learning value.
