对高职院校校企合作理事会组织架构设置的几点思考

校企合作理事会是沟通政府、学校、企业等单位之间的联系以及共商合作发展建设事项的机构和平台,必须构建起合理的组织架构,才能很好地履行理事会的各项职能。在实践中,校企合作理事会在加强校企之间的合作、促进校企共赢等方面发挥了重要的作用,但在组织架构上仍然存在组织机构臃肿、配套的运行机制和管理措施缺乏、利益协调机制不完善等问题。校企合作理事会组织架构设置应遵循学生导向原则、动态原则和区域原则。
