职业生涯规划对高职院校学生发展有特殊意义,但目前高职院校在职业生涯规划指导上还不能到位。改进当前高职职业生涯规划现状,高职院校可以采用一体化的指导方案,即:职业规划内容实施全程化,职业规划课程体系的一体化,职业规划辅助平台多样化和职业生涯支持服务的全面化。

Occupation Career Planning has special meaning to the development of the students. However, the guidance of occupation career planning in higher vocational colleges isn＇t in place. To improve the situation, the higher vocational colleges should take the guidance scheme of integration, which includes four aspects： The whole process of the occupation career planning, the integration of the curriculum system of the occupation planning, the diversification of the auxiliary platforms of occupation career planning, the comprehensiveness of the support services of the occupation career planning.
