新形势下高校促进大学生就业的必要性与对策分析

随着我国高等教育不断扩招,大学生就业逐步从"精英就业"转向"大众化就业",2013年高校毕业生规模再创历史新高,我国大学毕业生的就业形势十分严峻。在构建和谐社会的时代背景下,如果不积极采取措施来缓解大学生就业中的矛盾,则对高校的生存与发展带来巨大挑战,对社会稳定乃至党的执政地位的巩固也具有潜在的威胁。因此,促进大学生就业是摆在高校面前的时代课题,也是全面建设小康社会的必然要求。
