高职院校建立院系二级管理体制探析

Vocational College Establishes School and Department Second Management System

伴随着我国高等教育事业的不断改革,各大高职院校的办学规模也在逐渐扩大。传统的一级管理体制已经无法适应高职院校教学的发展。二级管理体制作为高职院校院系管理的一种新型模式,对提高高职院校的教育教学质量以及办学效果具有积极意义。鉴于此,本文基于二级管理体制的概念,简要地分析了高职院校建立院系二级管理体制中存在的问题,并提出了相关对策与建议,以期为促进高职院校的教育教学事业提供一定的指导意义。

Along with the continuing reform of higher education in China, the major vocational school size is gradually expanding. A traditional management system has been unable to adapt to the development of vocational colleges teaching. Second management system as a vocational college faculties manage a new model, to improve the quality of vocational education institutions and educational effects of positive significance. In view of this, the paper management system based on two concepts, a brief analysis of the vocational institutions to establish faculties two problems in the management system, and put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions, in order to provide some guidance to promote vocational education institutions undertakings.
