摘要
"双师素质"教师是培养学生就业能力的关键。本文分析了"双师素质"教师的内涵,"双师素质"教师与学生就业能力的关系,在此基础上提出改善"双师素质"教师激励问题的对策思路,以期更好地发挥"双师素质"教师提升学生就业能力的作用。
＂Double teacher quality＂ is the key to train students＇ employability. This paper analyzes the ＂double teacher quality＂ meaning, ＂double teacher quality＂ relationship with the student employment ability; on this basis propose improvement ＂double teacher quality＂ incentive problems of countermeasures in order to better play the role of ＂double teacher quality＂ to enhance students＇ employability.
