农远工程背景下中学教师职业技能发展的调查研究

Survey on Middle Teachers' Vocational Skills Development in the Background of Rural Distance Education

农远工程是目前我国实施的一项农村教师远程教育与培训项目,其对于农村教师的专业发展具有重要的促进作用。本文利用网络调查研究方法,比较分析农远工程的实施对农村中学教师职业技能发展的影响与作用,研究农村中学教师职业技能发展的影响因素与对策,探究农村中学教师职业技能提升的有效途径。

Rural Distance education program is a project of rural teachers＇ distance education and training currently implemented in China, which has an important role in promoting for rural teachers＇ professional development. In this paper, based on web survey research methods, comparative analysis of the implementation of agricultural projects in rural areas far from secondary school teachers of vocational skills development impact and role, studies impact factors and countermeasures of rural school teachers＇ vocational skills development, and explore effective ways to enhance rural secondary school teachers＇ vocational skills.
