自20世纪70年代世界上第一个远程计算机网络的出现开始,网络逐渐成了人们生活的重要组成部分,特别是对处于大发展阶段的高校大学生而言。网络文化是一把"双刃剑",它给在校大学生提供了一种全新的生活方式的同时,必然会改变他们的传统观念。因此,对于价值观和世界观正在形成的当代大学生而言,网络的普及以及网络文化的冲击,对高校大学生坚定的政治信念以及崇高的理想的形成带来了很大的不确定性,这就对网络文化背景下的高校思想政治教育提出新的挑战。
