摘要
酒店管理专业的顶岗实习是酒店管理专业教学中必不可少的教学实践环节,然而由于种种原因,完成实习后的学生反而绝大多数选择在毕业后从事非酒店行业的工作。本文通过对此现象的分析,从学校和企业两个角度提出提高校企合作质量、做好顶岗实习动员、事业留人、情感留人等方面的建议。
Hotel Management internships are essential teaching practical aspects of teaching, but due to Various reasons, after completion of internship vast majority of students choose to engage in non-hotel industry after graduation work. In this paper, the analysis of this phenomenon fi'om the point of view put forward two schools and businesses to improve the quality of school-enterprise cooperation, good internships mobilization, keeping people by business, emotions and other advice.
