民办高校就业指导课程教学改革初探

大学生就业指导这门综合性课程伴随着我国就业制度改革而兴起,民办高校的毕业生在就业大潮中面临着比公办院校毕业生更为激烈的就业竞争。面对愈加严峻的就业形势,如何加强民办高校就业指导课程建设,发挥就业指导课的实效性来提高毕业生的就业竞争力成为民办教育的重中之重。但目前的高校就业指导课在诸多方面存在问题,本文从师资、教学形式、课程设置方面对改善高校就业指导课进行了初步的探讨。
