On Higher Vocational Hotel Professional English Teaching

英语在酒店行业工作中是必不可少的一项技能,特别是星级酒店对学生英语的要求更高。酒店专业的英语教学应成为该专业人才培养方向的重点之一。本文认为高职酒店专业的英语教学应采用多模式、多层次、多风格的手段,并提供良好的语言环境,以及应用多元评价的考核体系。

English is an essential skill in the hotel industry, especially for students of star hotel demanding. The professional English teaching should become one of the key training directions of this professional. This paper argues that vocational hotel professional English teaching should adopt a multi-mode, multi-level, multi-style resort and provide a good language environment, and the application of multivariate evaluation system.
