三年时间,我把一个英语底子很差的班级塑造成年级第一。我的最大体会是:责任、爱心、鼓励和激发兴趣,始终是教书育人的基础。只要具备了这个基础,每一个孩子都是一块待雕琢的璞玉,一大待挖掘的宝藏。没有教不会的学生,只有不会教的老师。只要我们真情付出,方法得当,孩子就一定会给予我们惊喜和回报。

It takes me three years to help a class with poor English eventually develops to the best. In the process of teaching, the author has realized that every child is a diamond in the rough, especially in the educational environment with the responsibility, encouragement, affection and stimulation of interests. Without exaggeration, there is no such a student that cannot learn well when taught by a good teacher. Consequently, it is reasonable for us to believe that children will bring us surprise, that is to say, our wholehearted effort will pay offin the long run.
