少儿图书馆总分馆体系建设速度与水平取决于运行经费的支撑、相关政策的保障、建设主体的发展理念和区域性的综合条件等因素。本文以大连市少儿图书馆为例,在阐述大连少儿图书馆总分馆体系建设模式与取得成效基础上,分析了存在的问题,并针对性的提出相关对策建议,以期对我国少儿图书馆总分馆体系的建设与完善提供借鉴。
