蚕丝含量计算方法对光谱仪法测算扎丽纱包覆层金属元素含量的影响(英文)

Influence of Silk Content Calculation Methods on Sheath Metal Contents of the Zari Thread Measured and Estimated with Spectrophotometer

摘要 纱丽服原料扎丽纱中的蚕丝与包覆层金属元素的质量比在18:82~28:72之间,可根据蚕丝含量估算各种金属元素的含量。为了以更为准确的扎丽纱蚕丝含量数据估算金属元素含量,首先采用X射线荧光(ED—XRF)光谱仪对37个扎丽纱样品的金属元素纯度进行检测,然后根据3组扎丽纱蚕丝含量数据——常规含量、569个样品的平均含量、37个样品的平均含量,将检测的金属元素纯度值换算成含量值,并将各组测算结果与采用化学分析法的检测结果进行比较。统计分析表明,根据569个和37个扎丽纱样品的蚕丝平均含量估算的银、铜元素含量比根据蚕丝常规含量估算获得的结果更加准确,而依据3组蚕丝含量数据分别估算的金元素含量与化学分析法检测结果的差异均达到极显著水平(P〈0.01)。 Mass ratio of silk to sheath metal elements in zari thread for silk saree manufacture varies from 18 : 82 to 28:72. Thus, based on silk content, contents of various metal elements in zari thread can be estimated from the metal purity values of the zari sheath metal measured with spectrophotometer. In order to use more accurate silk content data for estimation of metal contents in zari thread, firstly, energy dispersive X-ray fluorescent (ED-XRF) spectrophotometer was used to measure the purity of metals in 37 zari samples. Then, based on three groups of zari thread silk content data, viz. constant silk content, average silk content of 569 samples, and average silk content of 37 samples, the obtained metal purity values were converted into metal content values, which were further compared with chemical test results. Statistical analyses revealed that silver and copper contents in zari thread estimated from the average silk content of 569 samples and average silk content of 37 samples were more accurate than those estimated from the constant silk content, and gold contents in zari thread estimated from three groups of zari thread silk content data were extremely significantly different (P 〈0.01 ) compared with chemical test results.
