亚低温治疗对缺氧缺血性脑病新生儿生理学指标和药物代谢的影响 被引量:4

摘要 维持恒定的体温对于机体正常生理功能的发挥有决定性作用,体温异常变化(高温或低温)都会对机体造成不利影响.新生儿尤其是早产儿对温度变化最敏感,低体温或寒冷损伤十分常见.亚低温治疗可改善胎龄>35周的急性围产期窒息缺氧导致的中至重度缺氧缺血性脑病(hypoxic-ischemicencephalopathy,HIE)患儿的远期(直到学龄前期)预后和无病生存率,一系列的随机对照试验已经报道并证实了该观点,且已成为目前发达国家HIE患儿唯一有效的标准治疗措施.
