激冷作用对堆焊熔敷成形件组织和性能的影响 被引量:1

Influence of chilling effect on microstructures and properties of formed parts prepared with surfacing deposition

摘要 为了研究激冷作用对堆焊熔敷再制造成形件组织及性能的影响,分别在铜激冷成形底座和传统用铸铁成形底座上进行堆焊熔敷成形试验,对比研究了两种条件下成形件的组织和性能.结果表明,相比于在铸铁成形底座上自然冷却条件下成形,在铜激冷成形底座上成形时,焊缝组织的定向凝固趋势更加明显;晶粒生长更加有序、齐整,且晶粒更加细小、匀称;成形件的抗拉强度、屈服强度、伸长率和屈强比分别提高了8.8%、17.7%、16.2%和8.3%. To study the influence of chilling effect on the microstructures and properties of remanufacturing formed parts prepared with the surfacing deposition, the surfacing deposition forming experiments were performed on both Cu chilling forming base and traditionally used cast iron forming base, respectively. In addition, the microstructures and mechanical properties of formed parts were comparatively researched under two different conditions. The results show that compared with the forming on the cast iron forming base under the natural cooling condition, the microstructures of weld bead exhibit a more obvious directional solidification trend with forming on the Cu chilling forming base, and the grains are more orderly and well-proportioned as well as fine and symmetrical. Moreover, the mechanical properties of formed parts also get improved, and the ultimate tensile strength, yield strength, elongation and yield-strength ratio increase by 8.8%, 17.7%, 16.2% and 8.3%, respectively.
