目的基于中医传承辅助平台(V2.0)软件,分析刘云山主任医师治疗小儿发热用药经验。方法收集刘云山主任医师治疗小儿发热的病案,录入"中医传承辅助平台",采用该软件集成的规则分析、改进互信息法等数据挖掘方法,分析刘云山主任医师治疗小儿发热用药经验。结果对筛选出的100个处方进行分析,确定处方中各种药物的使用频次,药物之间的关联规则。结论刘云山主任医师治疗小儿发热特点为疗热驱邪外,善施和解法。发热之治,或辛散透表,或清里攻下,或表里双解,关键在给邪出路。对半表半里证,要明确诊断,随寒热虚实而治,或佐疏利透达,或佐清热导下,或佐调和肝脾,随证施法,依法选方。中医传承辅助系统可用于名老中医临床经验分析与总结。

Based on the TCM inheritance support platform （V2.0） analysis software, analyzed the medicine using experiences of chief physician Liu Yunshan treating fever. Results of the 100 prescriptions selected for analysis, determine various drug prescribing in frequency of using, the association rules between drugs. Conclusion the characteristics of Liu Yunshan treating children fever is to expel heat evil, he is good at using harmony solution. Fever, diffusing the heat, or cleaning the inside heat with purgation method, exteri- or - interior dual solution, the key is find a way to the evil. Half interior and half exterior symptom need to be diagnosed definitely, and treated with consideration of cold and heat, deficiency and excess. Or with soothing and promoting, with clearing heat, or with harmonizing liver and spleen. Find the treating principle from the symptom, and choosing the prescription from the treating principle. TCM inheritance system can be used to analyze and summarize the clinical experience of old doctor of traditional Chinese medicine.
