苓桂三参汤治疗慢性充血性心衰30例

Observation of the Clinical Curative Effect of Linggui Sansen Decoction in the Treatment of Chronic Congestive Heart Failure

目的观察苓桂三参汤治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法将60名患者随机分成治疗组及对照组,治疗组30人,在常规西药治疗的基础上加服苓桂三参汤,1剂/d内服。对照组30人,常规西药治疗。结果治疗组临床总有效率为96.7%,临床疗效明显优于对照组,治疗后LVEF明显提高,血浆脑钠肽水平明显降低。结论苓桂三参汤治疗慢性心力衰竭疗效肯定,有明显改善临床症状及心功能的作用。

Objective to observe the clinical efficacy of Linggui Sansen decoction in the treatment of chronic heart failure. Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group 30 person, on the basis of conventional western medicine plus Linggui Sansen decoction, 1 doses of a day, orally. The other 30 per- sons in the control group, conventional western medicine treatment. Results the total effective rate in the treatment group was 96.7 %, clinical curative effect is obviously superior to the control group, after the treatment, the LVEF was significantly raised, plasma brain natriuretic peptide levels were significantly lower. Conclusion the efficacy in the treatment of chronic heart failure by using Linggui Sansen soup, obviously improve the clinical symptoms and cardiac function.
