通过对车辆集中润滑系统的应用研究,开发了数字化信息管理系统。系统通过无线网络将分散的各车辆集中润滑系统进行联网,完成了对各车辆集中润滑系统的集中管理,该系统具有远程调控、实时数据监控、报表自动归档、故障自检及报警功能。将车辆集中润滑系统的管理由原有的粗放式、分散式工作模式提升到数字化、智能化、信息化阶段,对客车、公交车、商用车领域集中润滑系统的应用具有重要的意义。
