心理干预对口腔科门诊患者畏惧心理的作用分析

目的:探讨心理干预对口腔科门诊患者畏惧心理的作用效果。方法:选择480例口腔科门诊患者,随机分成两组,比较进行心理干预和未进行心理干预患者对口腔诊疗的合作率。结果:进行心理干预患者的合作率明显高于未进行心理干预患者的合作率。结论:心理干预减轻了患者的畏惧心理,提高了患者的合作率,缩短了临床操作时间,是对抗口腔科门诊患者畏惧心理的好办法。

Objective:On patients with psychological intervention on dental clinic effect of fear.Methods:Select 480 cases of patients with dental clinic,points do two groups at random,Psychological intervention were compared with those of the psychological intervention for patients with oral diagnosis and treatment rate of cooperation.Results:Psychological intervention cooperation rate was significantly higher in patients with psychological intervention not cooperation rate of patients.Conclusion:Psychological intervention to reduce the patient's fear,Increase the rate of the patient's cooperation,Clinical operation time shortened,Is a good way to combat dental clinic patients fear,Worthy of application.
