摘要
目的:血管球瘤内有多数厚壁的血管或多量毛细血管,其外为多层血管球瘤细胞所围绕,其形态大小较一致。但恶性血管球瘤的主要特征是浸润转移而不是异型性。血管球瘤几乎均为良性,恶性血管球瘤罕见。手术在止血带下进行,在手术放大镜下操作。本瘤位于皮肤,须与汗腺的小汗腺末端汗管瘤鉴别,少数发生在手足以外部位的血管球瘤,要与海绵状血管瘤相鉴别。血管外皮细胞瘤细胞不如血管球瘤一致,细胞境界不清,排列不规则,血管的形态奇异,如树枝状或鹿角状。
Glomus tumors are most thick walled vessels or large quantities of capillaries,which is a multilayer glomus tumor cells are around,the size of its shape is consistent. But malignant glomus tumor invasion and metastasis is the main feature of instead of atypia.Glomus tumors are almost as benign, malignant glomus tumor is rare.Operation was performed under tourniquet,in operation under magnifying glass operatlon.The tumor located in the skin,with sweat eccrine acrospiroma differential end,a few occur in the hand and foot outside the area of glomus tumor with cavernous hemangioma,phase identification.Hemangiopericytoma cells as glomus tumor cell line,ambiguous realm,irregularly arranged,vascular morphology of singular, such as dendrimers or staghorn.
