^(60)Co-γ辐射对直立型扁蓿豆种子产量及构成因子的影响

Effect of ^(60)Co-γRay Irradiation on Seed Yields and Component Factors of Melilotoides ruthenicus(L.)Sojak cv.Zhilixing

用不同辐射强度的60 Co-γ辐照直立型扁蓿豆[Melilotoides ruthenicus(L.)Sojak cv.Zhilixing]种子,对生长第3年的直立型扁蓿豆种子产量及其构成因子进行分析。结果表明,干种子和吸胀种子经过辐射处理后,直立型扁蓿豆种子产量主要构成因子发生了改变,干种子辐射后植株的每花序花朵数是影响辐射后直立型扁蓿豆种子产量的主要因素,在600Gy的辐照强度下单株种子产量有所增加;吸胀种子辐射后单株种子产量与对照无显著差异,在800Gy下单株种子产量有所增加。

The seeds of Melilotoides ruthenicus （L.） Sojak cv.‘Zhilixing’ were irradiated with differ ent doses of 60Co-γ and to analyze the seed yields and component factors of Melilotoides ruthenicus （L.）Sojak cv.Zhilixing growing for three years.The results showed that the seed yields and component factors of Melilotoides ruthenicus （L.） Sojak cv.Zhilixing were changed.The main factor affecting seed yield was the number of flowers per inflorescence,the seed yield per plant was increased by 600Gy of 60Co-γ irradia tion.The seed yield per plant has no significant difference with the control,and increased by 800Gy of 60 Co-γirradiation with imbibed seeds.
