山蚂蝗属植物饲用价值评价 被引量:12

摘要 为了评价山蚂蝗属植物的饲用价值,试验通过常规化学成分分析和体外消化实验测定了14种山蚂蝗属植物主要营养成分含量、体外干物质消化率和代谢能,并采用层次分析法(AHP)对饲用价值进行综合评价。结果表明:14种山蚂蝗属植物的干物质(DM)、粗蛋白质(CP)、粗脂肪(EE)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)、粗灰分(Ash)、单宁(Tannins)、饲料相对值(RFV)、代谢能(ME)和干物质体外消化率(IVDMD)平均值分别为34.49%、11.73%、3.79%、41.77%、35.33%、5.61%、2.09%、139.88%、7.36MJ/kg和49.63%;根据综合评定结果,假木豆、圆叶舞草、三点金有较高饲用价值,单节荚假木豆、糙伏山蚂蝗、长叶排钱草、绒毛山蚂蝗饲用价值较低。综上所述,山蚂蝗属植物干物质、粗蛋白质、粗脂肪含量高,中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维、单宁含量较为适中,饲料相对值、代谢能和体外干物质消化率高,对海南黑山羊具有较高的饲用价值。 The aim of this experiment was to evaluate the feeding value of species of Desmodium in Hainan Province.The chemical compositions and in vitro dry matter degradability (IVDMD) were determined by in vitro gas production techniques.The results showed that species of Desmodium contained 34.49%dry matter (DM),91.48 % organic matter (OM),3.79 % ether extract (EE),11.73 % crude protein (CP),41.77% neutral detergent fiber (NDF),35.33 % acid detergent fiber (ADF),2.09% tannins,7.36 MJ/kg metabolic energy (ME),49.63% IVDMD in average and RFV was 1.39.The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) model was used in this experiment to evaluate the feeding value.According to the result of assessment,D.triangulare,D.gyroides and D.triflorum were of high feeding value.On the contrary,D.dunnii,D.strigillosum,D.longipes and D.velutinum were of low feeding value.In conclusion,the species of Desmodium have high contents of DM,CP,EE,ME,IVDMD,and RFV,suitable NDF and ADF content,and moderate content of tannins.Thus,all the observed Desmodium species have higher nutritive values for Hainan black goats.
