小麦次生根皮层通气组织产生方式对小麦耐湿性的影响 被引量:15

摘要 以 4个耐湿性不同的小麦品种为材料 ,观察了渍水条件下其次生根结构。结果表明 ,渍水处理后 ,小麦的次生根以两种方式产生通气组织。各品种处理期间产生的次生根和耐湿性强的品种处理前产生的次生根经渍水处理后多以方式Ⅰ产生通气组织 ,通气组织形成是由单个细胞凹陷 ,内容物消失 ,最后细胞壁完全叠合并彼此连接而形成的 ,通气组织呈矩形并且不易破裂 ;不耐湿的品种处理前产生的次生根经处理后皮层以方式Ⅱ产生通气组织 ,通气组织是由多个细胞融合 ,内容物消失而形成的 ,通气组织形状不规则 ,易彼此贯通导致机械组织及表皮的脱落。 After waterlogging treatment, aerenchyma formed in two ways in the wheat secondary root cortex. The newly formed secondary roots of four varieties during secondary roots of waterlogging and the waterlogging tolerant varieties formed before the treatment produces aerenchyma by the first way ,aerenchyma formation is proceeded by the disappearance of protoplasm from the cell ,the wall of cell folded and connected at last ,the shape of this kind of aerenchyma likes rectangular and the wall isn't easy to collapse. The waterlogging nontolerance varieties'secondary roots produced aerenchyma by the secondary way, aerenchyma formation is proceeded by multicell fusion , the wall of cell collapsed and the protoplasm disappeared ,the shape of it is irregular and the wall is easy to collapse, which leads to the epidermis and the cortex separated form stelar.
