摘要 体外培养获得的东方巴贝斯虫可溶性抗原与等量弗氏完全佐剂混合后用作疫苗进行疫区免疫保护试验。试验动物共分 2组 ,免疫组 82头牛在发病季节前 1个月用疫苗间隔 2周免疫 2次 ,对照组不作处理。所有试验动物在试验前和发病季节后分别采血检测血清抗体水平 ,同时 ,在发病季节观察试验动物的发病情况。结果表明 :在发病季节内 ,免疫组牛无一发病 ,血清抗体水平与试验前相比升高明显 ,而对照组 86头牛有 5头出现临床症状 ,虽经治疗仍有 2头死亡 ,血清抗体水平与试验前相比变化不明显。 In Babesia orientalis endemic areas, cell culture derived soluble Babesia orientalis vaccine admixed with a Freund's complete adjuvant was administered in 2 dose, 2 weeks between each dose, to 82 buffaloes one month before endemic period. An additional 86 buffaloes served as nonvaccinated controls. During endemic period, clinical signs of all buffaloes were monitored, Ab titres were detected at the beginning and end of the experiment. The results show as follows: no buffaloes showed any clinical signs and no vaccinated buffaloes died during endemic period, whereas 5 of the control buffaloes showed clinical signs and 2 died. The mean Ab titres of vaccinated buffaloes after endemic period were higher than that before vaccination, whereas the mean Ab titres of control animals showed no remarkable changes before and after endemic period. These results showed that this vaccine could provide good protection against babesiosis in endemic areas.\;
