多路高精度遥感CCD测温系统的研究与实现 被引量:1

摘要 提出了一种遥感相机CCD高精度测温系统。研究设计实现的CCD器件测温系统小巧灵活,使用少量的集成器件,且器件封装体积小、功耗低,可以代替现有单独的测温设备,灵活地嵌入CCD成像电路中,解决了多片CCD同时测温及CCD测温电路主备交叉潜通路问题,克服了CCD器件测温电阻动态范围小的缺点。测试结果表明,该测温系统能灵活嵌入成像电路中,有效解决了上述问题,测温误差控制在5%以内,为遥感相机CCD稳定工作提供了技术支持,为后续图像校正提供数据参考。 This paper presents a high-precision temperature measurement system of the CCD.Firstly,it can measure the temperature of muhi-CCD at the same time,and can remove the sneak circuit path of corss-backup CCD temperature measurement circuit.It can overcome the shortcomings of the small dynamic range of CCD temperature resistance.Secondly,the presented CCD temperature measurement system is compact and flexible.It can flexible embed to the CCD imaging system with smaller package and lower power consumption.The experiment results show that the presented system can replace the traditional separate temperature measurement equipment,and the measurement error is lower than 5%.The temperature data can be as good reference for the image correction of remote sensing camera.
