摘要
本文通过波与等离子体相互作用的基本原理 ,对微波硫灯在启动时电子密度、电场分布及启动特性 ,共振截止点处微波频率与等离子体频率的关系进行了初步的讨论和计算 ,并对光谱能量分布的计算进行了讨论。
Based on the principle of the interaction between electromagentic wave and plasma,the distribution of electron population and electric field intensity and the property of start has been discussed,and the relationship between microwave frequency and plasma frequency has been computed in brief,the computation of the distribution of spectrum energy has been discussed also.\;
