基于嵌入式计算机的刮板输送机温度在线监测系统

On-line Monitoring System of Armored Conveyor Temperature Based on Implant-type Computer

应用温度传感器、单片机、嵌入式防爆计算机等组成的温度监测系统，首次实现国内煤矿井下综采工作面刮板输送机多点温度在线监测。通过现场运行，获得了输送机典型工作温度数据，证实了该系统的有效性和工程实用价值。

A temperature monitoring system of armored conveyor is developed using temperature sensors,single-chip computers,implant-type flameproof computer and other devices.By means of the system,it is the first time that multi-spots temperature on-line monitoring for armored conveyor is realized in Chinese comprehensive mining face.The typical data are obtained in the siteoperation, the effectiveness and engineering usable value of the system are proved.
