摘要
通过对东方红履带拖拉机车架大梁结构更改过程的分析,分别建立各结构形式车架大梁的受力模型,结合车架大梁焊接工艺和结构设计进行综合分析,得出焊接和大梁结构形式对车架机械性能的影响,为后期车架大梁改进提供参考。
Based on modification analysis of YTO crawler tractor frame crossbeam, the paper established the mechanical model of frame crossbeam with different structures. Combined with the comprehensive analysis of frame weld technology and structure design, the effect of weld and crossbeam structure on frame mechanical property is obtained, and which can provide a reference for improving the frame crossbeam.
