摘要
气体光声光谱检测技术灵敏度高,不消耗被测气体,能够很好地检测变压器油中溶解的微弱气体。乙炔是变压器产生的微弱气体之一,为了检测乙炔气体,构建了用以检测该气体的实验装置。利用该装置,对外腔可调谐半导体激光器的辐射特性进行了分析;深入分析光声池的品质因数和频率响应;在低气体体积分数、低激光功率条件下,得到了光声信号与气体体积分数、激光功率间的关系。
Photoacoustic Spectroscopy (PAS)is a highly sensitive gas analyzing method without the short-coming of gas con- sumption,which can be used in transformer oil trace gases dissolved in on line monitoring.Acetylene is one of the weak gases generated by the transformer.This paper constructs the gas experimental apparatus to detect acetylene gas,and use the experimental apparatus to researches the radiation characteristics of the tunable external cavity semiconductor laser;We deeply analysis the quality factor and frequency response of the Photoacoustic pool,and get the Photoacoustic signal relationship with the gas volume fraction and the the laser power in low gas volume fraction and low laser power condition.
