基于PLC的电子体温计在线检定系统设计

Design of Electronic Thermometer Verification Device Based on PLC

设计了以三菱PLC FX2N-16MT作为控制核心,以步进电机作为执行元件,驱动电子体温计检定机构,配合计算机CCD图像采集处理系统,实现电子体温计的在线高速高效检定。检定过程包括电子体温计装卸、温度测量、CCD图像采集、测量温度比对、检定结果报表输出五个步骤。

Electronic thermometer calibration mechanism system is designed based on Mitsubishi PLCFX2N-16MT in paper,using step motor as executive component,driving electronic thermometer calibration mechanism,combining with CCD image acquisition and computer processing system.The system realize the electronic thermometer online high speed test.The verification procedure including five steps,including electronic thermometer handling,temperature measurement,CCD image acquisition, measuring temperature correcting,test results report output.
