摘要
设计并制作了一个以单片机C8051F020为核心,并结合FPGA及双路A/D数据采集模块的简易电能质量监测装置。输入信号经过信号变换与处理模块后,满足ADS7865的幅值要求。再利用FPGA设计四个双口RAM,同时采集并存储电压电流信号,且调用FPGA中的D触发器,用以判断电压电流信号的超前、滞后特性。然后通过MCU模块控制双路A/D对信号进行采样,读取双口RAM中数据并对其进行计算和处理,并将一系列测量参数显示在LCD显示屏上。
This paper designs and makes a simple power quality monitoring device,which is using MCU C8051F020 as the core, combining with FPGA and dual A/D data acquisition module.The input signal can meet the requirement of the ADS7865"s amplitude via the signal conversion and process module.Then designs four two-way port RAM using FPGA,collecting and storing voltage and current signals at the same time,after that uses D flip-flop of the FPGA to judge the advance and lag features of the voltage and current signals.Then uses the MCU module to control dual A/D module sampling the signal,then read the data in the two-way port RAM and calculate,deal with it,at last show these parameters on the LCD screen.
