摘要
低能量阈高纯锗探测器在低质量区的暗物质研究中具有突出的优势。中国暗物质实验项目(China DarkMatter Experiment,CDEX)已经于四川省的中国锦屏地下实验室(China Jinping Underground Laboratory,CJPL)采用的20g超低能量阈锗探测器(20g ultra low energy threshold germanium detector,20g-ULEGe)开展了实验研究。该20g-ULEGe探测器的实验系统配有数据获取系统和液氮自动灌装系统。利用X光机进行了系统刻度实验,研究了该探测器的能量线性、能量分辨率、噪声水平等性能。该实验系统的良好性能证明了它在暗物质探测研究中的可行性。
Low energy threshold germanium detectors are very useful in low mass dark matter research. The first 20 g ultra low energy threshold germanium (20 g-ULEGe) detector developed for the China Dark-Matter Experiment (CDEX) has been operating in the China Jinping Underground Laboratory (CJPL) in Sichuan Province. The 20 g-ULEGe detector system has a data acquisition system and a liquid nitrogen auto-refill system. The system has been calibrated with an X-ray generator to study the detector performance, including the energy linearity, the energy resolution and the noise level. The good results demonstrate its capability for dark matter search.
